Our house value comparing to other houses in the neighborhood suddenly decreased. There is no other information that has changed for our house. I suspect a bug in the algorithm. Is there a way to report such a bug?

Read that to see how to CLAIM your home, then EDIT yoru facts. Bottom line - I wouldnt worry about it, and I wouldnt compare. Given time, your home will be worth more than theirs. Zestimates are only estimates. You will ONLY know how much your home is worth if and when you sell it.
