I would be more than happy to provide you with both an agent in Riverside, and a reputable lender to talk to if you are interested.

Best wishes from So-Cal and good luck

Rather than get in the agent debate. I'm a lender with 30 years experience doing FHA loans.
Don't hesitate to contact me if you need help.

Why would you say something like this?  I sell just as many non brokerage properties as I do inside my brokerage, and I get ALL my buyers the BEST deal I can, I work for my buyer, not the seller. .  That is just bad business

"Exclusive Buyers Agent - in your corner on ANY home you want to purchase.

Buyers Agent - in your corner, ONLY on properties not listed with their brokerage."

Any reason why you aren't considering Conventional? You may be be to get the 3% Conventional which is lower out of pocket, No MIP added to the loan and the monthly Private Mortgage Insurance is lower.
