My husband and I was trying to get a mortgage but have one judgement that we pay on.What can do?

They told us that my husbands score was 645 with a judgment that we did not know about. We straightened it out and are paying payments on this to settle this.My score is 620 and I have no judgments on me. They told us that we can not get a mortgage with this judgment, that it has to be satified first is that true?

That is correct.  Try to negotiate something with them to have that judgment removed from your credit since you are now making good on the debt. It's a long-shot, but does not hurt to ask.  In the meantime, keep making all of your payments on time and reduce any other debt you have.  Your scores are right on the edge of qualifying regardless of the judgment.
Be diligent and it will work out.  Good luck!!

Well that depends...
1. on the dollar of the judgement. What is medical or due to divorce in nature?
2. Loan to value
3. Type of loan is this FHA or VA
4. And the lender

Hope this helps!

you need to showan established payment plan on the judgment and a written agreement to the repayment terms. Most lenders will then want to see at least a 12 months paymenht history on it.

Unfortunately you are going to have to take care of the judgement.  That can be a difficult thing to do.  You have to make sure to contact the Creditor and the Credit bureau's
