My listing at 2601 Palomino in Edmond, OK, MLS # 38436, is showing incorrect information.

It is currently listed at $314,500 & is in a residential zoned neighborhood. That particular listing shows up correctly. But is also shows up under "multi family for $349,000". My seller has been complaining to be about this. I cannot correct it. I have a membership & a password. I have access to the listing priced at $314,500, but I need to have listing that shows up as multi family & $349,000 deleted. It also shows an arial photo that looks terrible.
Thank you for taking care of this immediately.

Hey Ron-
The foundation of Zillow is a database of 90 million homes, most of which have Zestimates (or estimated valuations).
Typically when a Realtor tells us a home is for sale, we merge the For Sale information with the public record information already on the site.  For some reason, when your listing came in, it didn't merge but rather created a new record in the system.  So you are seeing one For Sale record with all the information you submitted.  And the second record is simply ours, with our Zestimate.  Notice that the $349,000 isn't a price, but rather a Zestimate.
I added a link on the non-for-sale property to link over to your record.  And the homeowner can always claim their home on the site and upload and photos/information that they would like.
When someone does a search for For Sale homes using search criteria that they home falls into, only the For Sale record would appear.

Final point- You should upload a photo to your profile account.  Doing this will also make the photo show up on all of your listings.  Users react much better to a photo than the generic image.
