Is your house listed for sale or are you juts unable to claim your house?
If you can't claim and it's not for sale, but are the owner then I would flag the property with the yellow "edit" pencil under the main house photo. Zillow will check into the old claim, remove it if it and then you will be able to claim it yourself.
