You do not have a claimed property on your account. We also do not pull up properties with their MLS number.

Please claim your home on the website. To do this, log in to your Zillow account, pull up your property, click on "Claim your home" under the Tools section on the Overview page and follow the rest of the instructions.

You may also provide us your complete home address so we can check on it and assist you with your concern.
