My listing is still under previous broker and I can't make permanent changes

How can I claim this listing, 14251 McCormick in Sherman Oaks. It should be my listing number F1856741, but it is still under the previous broker from Prudential with his listing number. Everytime we reduce the price to $535,000 it changes back.

Make sure that Pru doesn't still have the home on mls or their website. If they do, call or email the old listing agent and ask them to remove from their database since you have the signed listing now. That should solve the problem.

Until the old listing agent removes the listing from the data source he has it entered in this is going to continue to happen,  Have you contacted him/her yet?
