I have found that other agents snipe my listings and post them as their own. This is happening repeatedly to me on this site, very frustrating. Frankly, it's illegal for agents to advertise listings as their own, when they are not their listings to advertise with out express permission. Enter address of your listing, then hit "claim listing." Also, check to make sure that agent info at bottom of page is correct. If you are still having problems, email zillow at: listingsupport@zillow.com

I'm pretty sure it is just an upload error. I emailed customer support this week on a listing that was mine so I sent them an email (not post questions but sent email) and within 48 hours they had assigned the listing to me and it is now listed under me and I was able to edit and upload pictures. Good luck!

not sure, but all but two of my oldest ones disappeared too. and yesterday i had a sales call from zillow. thinking that this couldn't be a coincidence, and that they are going to charge us per listing now.
