My name is Scott Pressman with the Keyes. Why is my contact phone numbers not showing on my listings

Scott- Actually, the answer Ronskie gave applies to most brokerages, but not yours because of something special Keyes is doing with Zillow. 

Keyes is currently running on program on Zillow to receive extra exposure on the site.  If you do a search in your area, you'll notice that one of the homes on the homepage of Zillow is always a Keyes branded home, your logo is in the search results and on all your property pages, and all of your listings are Featured.  This means that your listings show up first, at the top of all search results- and they say Featured in red.  Doing this gives your listings about a 5x's lift in views (think of how you click on the first page of Google search results, verses going deeper in the results).  So these are all of the pros of the program. 

In running this program however, Keyes opted to have all of the inquires route thru a central email address, so they can make sure all leads are being followed up, handled, and tracked.  This means that they didn't want a phone number on the listing, to help drive email leads. 

So while I understand your disappointment in not having your phone number on your listings, because of this program, your listings and your brand is getting a lot more exposure!

Please advise The Keyes Company/Realtors to include your contact info on their next feed updates on Zillow so it will be posted on your listings.
