My neighbor's house is on the market & almost identical to mine. why isn't it used in my comp values

My immediate next door neighbor is on the market for $449,900, and is nearly identical to mine, except for 2 or 3 minor upgrades.  How come it isn't used in the Zillow comps as a comp for my own home's value?
