My property is listed as a 407K purchase but that really represented 22% of the price, correction?

The 22% represents what I owed my two siblings for the last 1/3 of the home. I'm not sure how this bad data affects things, but the property was assessed for the government at 1.85M. I would think that Zillow would want the correct information for their formulas.
