I can't claim the home as mine as it doesn't let me move past being added in the Zillow directory, I don't want to be added in the directory and the web page is broken.

Thank you for your response.
For you to be able to remove the posting, please claim your property on the site by logging in to your Zillow account, go to the home details page of your property, click on "Claim your home" that's located below the "Tools" section at the left side of the screen and choose the appropriate option.
Once you have claimed it, you may take down the for sale sign by following these steps:
1. Log on to your Zillow account.
2. Go to the âHome Details Pageâ of the property.
3. Click on "Edit status".
4. Erase the link on the "Related website".
5. On the drop down box of the home status, click on "No longer for sale".
6. Remove the open house dates, if there are any.
7. Then click on the Disclaimer (which starts with, "I promise that I am...") before clicking on "Create Your Listing" button.
However, an agent has posted your home for sale via an automated data feed. I have advised the agent to remove your home from the broker feed so it will no longer be marked as for sale when zillow system updates the site or checks the feed. Once it's removed from the source of the feed, it will also be removed from Zillow site.
Please let us know if you have other concerns.

For anyone else who sees this post, if your agent was the one that put the house in Zillow, you can ask them to update the status. If they are like me, they've got an account with Zillow and we update this just as we do our MLS listing data.

My property is listed "for sale" and it was off the market months ago, how do I remove it?
