My property is zone both commercial and residential. Suited for mixed use by a professional.

This property is zoned both commercial and residential and is well located for an attorney, doctor, dentist or accounting office as well as a real estate office.  How can I list it on Zillow to attract professionals looking for this type of property?  I would also consider renting with an option to buy.

I would recommend being clear in your listing that these are all possibilities while referencing current zoning so buyers do not know they do not have to rezone....best of luck

You didn't make it clear if this is an empty lot, or if it has a building or buildings on it.

If an empty lot, you can list if for sale on Zillow as a residential lot.  If it has a building on it, is it legally occupyable as residence?  If not, you still may want to list it for sale as an empty lot.  If so, you may want to list it for sale as a residence.

To create you listing:
1) Click on your user name to get to your profile
2) Click on "listings" in the left margin
3) click on "create new listing" in the center of the screen
4) Type in the required information and click on "continue"
5) click on all the buttons about promising it is yours and accepting the info.  (You likely will have to choose your name from a list of possible owners registered at the county, but that step might be skipped.)
6) I understand that there now is a conformation code sent by phone that must be used to finish the listing.  If so, it will give you the instructions.

As a listing agent one of our most used tool is marketing and we as agents you should have no trouble in find the right client. Just interveiw a few local agent and look on how they can meet your needs.
