The property lines on ZIllow can be wonky. My parents' house was cut in two on the Zillow property line map, and over two years the line gradually drifted to the correct position.
The property lines on Zillow will not affect the Zestimate. The numerical facts in the database will.

The Zillow property lines are acquired from tax maps. It is well known that up to 10% of all mapping in Berks County is wrong. This gets corrected many times when the home is resold by the title company. It may be a good idea to contact your title company where you settled on your home and make sure your deed and legal description are correct. If they are contact the Berks County Assessment office. They can guide you in the right direction. As for Zillow picking it up and having it corrected you may need to call them directly.

Check out Dave's video on mapping.
Mapping has nothing to do with value estimates.
Remember, Zillow has never visited your house, or have they?
there is no way for the software to know exactly how your home differs from your neighbor's.

My property line is not over my house on the Zillow web site. How does this get fixed?
