In general, there are a few reasons why a review you expect to show up on your Zillow profile might not be there:
- the review was never actually submitted(eg Bill's experience on this thread)
- the review was submitted, but has not yet been moderated. Although we moderate most reviews within 3 days, it can take longer at times.
- the review was submitted, was moderated, but was rejected(the Reviewer, only, will get notification of this)
- the review was submitted, was moderated, was published -- but under a different profile than the one you expect(this does happen)
Again, without digging in a little more it's hard for me to say what's happening for you, but we'll help you figure it out.

Not certain why that happened to you, but a client I helped find a home in 2010 found me on Zillow and without me asking for the review that client gave me a great review, it showed up and I recieved an email from Zillow notifying me about the review, real good experience. I hope it was my client, at least the property and time frame details in the review seemed correct.

I had the same problem last week, so I sent an email to one of the account managers at Zillow and this is what he told me. He was correct!
I checked the email address you provided and unfortunately it's not a registered profile. Your client likely submitted the review, but didn't register, so it never hit our system.

I would kindly ask them to re-submit and provide them with the correct link.

When did they submit their reviews? Reviews do go through moderation by Zillow staff. Usually they appear within a couple of business days, but sometimes it is a week or a bit more.
