My sq. footage 20-40 less than ALL my neighbors? Why would this be

My sq. footage is listed at $135 sq ft. This is $25-45 less than ALL my neighbors! Neighbors on either side of me, directly behind and to left and right backing up to my house are ALL listed $159 - $179 square foot. My house is larger than all but one, made of same materials, bullt/updated same timeframes so why is my square footage so much less!

Zillow does not respond to these facts. It makes me wonder if Zillow is serious about acurate information or if they just want something/anything posted and then don't care about accuracy or follow up.

Anybody else out there having this issue?

"My house is larger than all but one".   That is probably why your estimated $/sq feet is less.    Larger houses cost less per square foot to build (with identical quality) and the market value is less per square foot.  Two story houses are less/square foot than one story (both in building costs as well as sales prices)  Zillow does not start with a house size and add a multiplier per square foot, but instead starts with the whole house using sales history, tax history and other available data to calculate the Zestimate.  The Zestimate is provided with a value range, so you could also calculate a range for the $/square foot.
