Since your home construction is relatively new, and the maps do not show correctly on Zillow (wihch uses BING maps), it may take a while for your home to have the correct map and Zestimate, sorry.

ALSO Pulte, or whoever the builder is, needs to submit the public information about the development to the city/county in a timely fashion. If the do not, that will delay your home being in Zillows database.
