My syndicated listings, aren't connected to my profile

Profile picture for Kara Phadael

My listings which are coming in from syndication aren't connected to my profile, when I try to claim them, it wants me to register again. I already have a profile, and am logged in. I can't find any way to claim the listing and connect it to my profile, I don't want to add it again, although I did add it before, Zillow must have deleted the listing I added when it pulled the one from syndication. My only current listing is 105 Burnham St Ext, Manchester, CT. Is there anyway to fix this?

Hi Kara -

I checked 105 Burnham St Ext and according to the records, the e-mail address associated with the listing feed is different from the one that registered for this account. Therefore, you're being asked to activate the other account.

Now, if you want the listing under your current account, you can do either of the following:

1. Go to the source of the feed and change your e-mail address there to the one that you're using on Zillow. This, however, could take some time to take effect.

2. Change your e-mail address on Zillow to match the one linked to the feed. However, there are still some things that we need to do on our end for this to take effect. First, you would need to activate the dormant account showing on the listing. After you do this, kindly get back to us and we will do some quick changes to the account so that you can switch e-mail addresses.
