Imantsh: If you reside in a community property State you can sit back and enjoy the show because she would need you to sign before she can sell. Regards,

Uh oh.  Now you have to ask your wife for her password.

This is for Zillow help, so you're correct to post here. The owner is referring to claiming his home here on Zillow. (More here.) Unfortunately we only allow 1 claimant at a time so you'll have to share with your wife's email address. I'm sorry.

Hello, Imantsh.  The instructions in Zillow FAQ do not specify how many id's can claim a home on zillow.  Based on various questions I have seen on the Advice boards, I have always assumed only one zillow id can claim a home at a time.  Is that what tech support told you?

You did come to the right place.  Rob and Beth were just so anxious to help they jumped in a little fast.

Oops. I thought this was Zillow's help page. I have since contacted Zillow. This is not a legal issue but rather a Zillow website tech question. I am very sorry for the confusion. Thank you for your responses.

If it's title, you just need to do a quit claim with the title company.

Explain what you mean by claimed?  Taxes?  Title?
