I have just followed the steps you posted sunnyview. Neither the tools Claim your home or Create and Estimate were on the list.
When I look at My Zillow it says I had Claimed home April 24 2008.
Thanks for your effort. But I am still lost.

Hello. You have to claim your home before you can do an owner's estimate. Go here type your address in the box next to the "Find Homes" menu and hit the blue GO button. You should see a map and Zestimate value come up if Zillow has one available. Click on your address to get to your main house page. On the left column of the page headed by "OVERVIEW" there is a list of "Tools". The tools menu contains links to help you "claim your home" and also "create an estimate". If it doesn't work, please repost and I'll try to explain better. Hope it helps.
