NACA and Loan Modification

I heard from an associate that NACA.com is doing actual loan modifications at these conventions - the next one is this week in San Francisco.  Basically you to to their website www.naca.com and get a member number, review their requirements and bring the items that are listed there to the event and it can take 4-5 hours but 2 of my associate friends received their loan mods at the Phoenix event held a few weeks ago.

good to know!  i assume they only helped with paper or did they actually submit the modification and handle the negotiations as you would not get the terms of a modification at some seminar.  Your bank/servicer would need to review the information and negitiate a modification which can take months.  it is definitely not an overnight deal.
