NBC Nightline story on cleaning up forclosures.

There was a story on the TV tonight about cleaning up properties that have been foreclosed so that the back can quickly get them on the market. Did anyone see that show? Who provides that service locally? Old Southwest in particular.

Most agents that specialize in REO's have their own contractors lined up for maintenence, repairs, landscaping, paint, etc.
If anyone in Las Vegas needs these services I can point them in the right direction.

Most REO asset managers have the listing agent set up a cleaning/trash out crew. Depending on the company, the listing agent may choose from approved vendors or may pick the contractors themselves. Check with the Chamber of Commerce for a list of approved contractors in Reno and Sparks.
