NYC Co-op Question - Legal Description

A board member of a NYC Co-op building approached me about selling his two bedroom co-op but after looking at the offering plan it turns out one of the rooms he honestly believes is a bedroom is a dining room as per the offering plan. The room is 9 x 12, has two windows, a closet and a door.
Can this be considered a bedroom although the offering plan describes it as a dinning room?
Even the building sponsor is telling him that it's a two bedroom and has sold as such in the past.

Fajardo,
Thank you very much for your response with which I agree 100% with. I guess I should have worded my question different.
I have done extensive research online and I keep reading post that if a unit is a certain size, with windows, a door, etc it can be designated as a bedroom. Added to that the sponsor claims that it is a 2 bedroom unit and similar units have sold as such. I'm trying to find out if there is in fact a legal way in which this could be the case. Until I see such a thing I agree with you and it is a dinning room.  I just want to make sure there isn't something that I might not be aware off.
