I agree this is exactly why I built this website, (available nationwide, just started going in Sonoma County, Ca) We have off market listings all the time!! Listings that we can't put on the market for 4 days to 30 days: sometimes longer (with signed MLS agreement form by client) because they are not ready for one reason or another. We have temporary off market listings…are these considered pocket?? There are Client requested confidential listings…considered pocket???In my opinion "pocket listing" is just a word that for some reason or another creates a lot of havoc in the real estate world.
