Need CMA and advice on a luxury property in Buckhead,Atlanta (GA)

we are seriously considering bidding on a luxury property (~750K) in Buckhead.
It is a foreclosure and a contemporary house.
Would appreciate advice from some real estate agents who deal in luxury properties in that area. Willing to pay for CMA etc.
