Hi I am a record producer from Iowa looking to rent some space in south Florida to set up a recording studio. Any suggestions on the best way to find space that meets my needs? I need to be able to make noise, preferably at all hours, don't need much space, but am looking for something less than $800 per month. Looking for tips on how to get started. Thanks
