Need House w/Existing Deck & Bathroom in Need of Upgrade

Working on a project for HGTV and Lowe's to produce 2 videos, Need house to shoot at January 26 or 27. Should look middle class, anywhere USA.

Need wood deck with yard. Should need minor repair, power washing, new stain. Homeowner gets small fee, improvements to deck by a pro and most of the product; tools and materials. outdoor lighting, gas grill, tables & chairs, etc

Also need outdated bathroom. We will paint, put in a new vanity, sink, faucet, window treatment, mirror and light. Homeowner will receive a small fee, have the work done by a pro and be able to keep most of the items used.

Ideally deck and bathroom are in the same house but we will also consider two houses in close proximity. Trying to stay in the Greater LA area. The work will be taking place a couple of days prior to shooting as we don't have enough time (it's a one day shoot) to film the entire process. We will come in and see the finishing touches being made on the day of our shoot with our on camera host HGTV'sCarter Oosterhouse.

We bought our home, new, in 2007. Although it is a lovely million dollar plus home, the master bath could use some improving. It lacks luster. The lighting, shower and floor tile all could be improved. It could use more elegant vanities consistent with the rest of the home. Our town of Redlands loves HGTV and improving our bathroom would generate great interest.
