Need Jumbo Lenders for 50% DTI Ratios!

What jumbo lenders are still accepting DTI ratios between 45-50%? Loan amounts $650,000.00+. I have exhausted my search with all our wholesale lenders and other creative options are not working. Any help is appreciated!

Tawny,

We can go to 60% with a 680 FICO to $4MM in CA. Let your fingers to the walking. Most don't come to you, you have to find them.

Small boutique bank and credit unions in the greater Seattle area. Also check www.Scotsmanguide.com  You should easily find one for your loan amount. .... Good luck & Happy funding, Rudi

How about a portfolio lender like Washington Federal or Bank of the Pacific?
