I'm a buyer's agent however I'm not currently licensed in SD...you should have told me...I would have prepared myself for just this day. LOL
Did you know one of my recent buyers decided to purchase here instead and has moved his entire office here and loves the low taxes, climate, property values, newness, no state income taxes, etc...the list goes on and on.
We recenly spoke and he told me that before they were transferred here several of his employees couldn't afford groceries and pay their mortgage on a $200k salary where you are.

Hello Chezron, Look for the best Buyer's agent possible. Interview your favorites and ask their qualifications, success and longetivity in the industry. Ask for testimonials from their satified Buyers. A Good buyer's agent will ask you questions too, such as type of home, size, rooms, and desired community needs. Finding the right home for you and assuring your satisfaction should be their ultimate goal, and you should be given the attention and considerations you deserve.
