Need a REFUND for billing error

I charged what was meant to be a ONE-TIME $9.95 fee to advertise a rental property and after entering my billing information I received a "CREDIT CARD DECLINED" message.  Thinking my billing address was in error I tried to charge it again; however I checked my online bank account and found that Zillow had actually charged my card 3 TIMES!!  I don't know why your site said my card was declined, but my account shows charged.  I need an IMMEDIATE REFUND of the additional charges!!

Dear Neil,

I am looking at my online bank account information and my balance is down by 3 payments of $9.95.  They are not "pending" however I can call the bank and find out if they are not going through.

Hi Camprop -

I checked our system and it appears the initial charge did not go thru to due to failure of address verification.  

Sometimes what happens, is the bank thinks we are trying to charge you multiple times. These charges will appear as pending on your statement. Please look at your statement and see if you see "pending" next to the charge(s). When the bank realizes we didn't charge you, the pending payment(s) drop off.

This can occur for a number of reasons, but mostly its from hitting submit more than once.

The most common error, is putting in the wrong zip code. Also, we do not accept corporate cards, canadian cards, or P.O. Box  #'s.
