I would need to know when the foreclosure was, there are programs at 99.5% CLTV that we offer, key date is the foreclosure.

There are some "Non-Prime" options available with recent foreclosure, the rates will be higher, but if you are free and clear on the existing property then good chance you would qualify for this program.

Are you needing 100% financing or are you stating you want to do a loan on a property you own 100%, meaning free & clear? Need to know how long ago the foreclosure was as well to determine options. If you still need some help or have any additional questions, please visit my profile here where you can retrieve my contact information. All the best!

If you have a FICO score of 700 mid score it must have been some time since you had a foreclosure, but anyone trying to advise you would need to know how long ago and more info. about what you're trying to do. If you own a home outright but want to take some cash out, any lender would need to know more about your credit history before making any promises.- or recommending any loan type. I'll be happy to point you  in the right direction to a very reliable and knowledgeable local loan officer to help you if you wish.

Are you saying you are looking for 100% financing? If so, your options would be VA, if you're a veteran or USDA if you are looking to purchase a home in a rural area.

How long ago did your foreclosure happen?

The 100% financing is going to be tough these days other than a USDA or VA home loan.
