Need a portfolio lender in Michigan. $200.00 annual income. Need to borrow $200,000 for home loan.

Lost a dispute with Citibank, now paying the price with 642 FICO score... ouch!!!!

If you have had unique credit circumstances in the past, but are back on your feet, a portfolio loan will be a great option for you.

Portfolio Loans typically require at least 10% down, and no PMI.

Please feel free to reach out to me directly for any of your portfolio loan needs in Michigan.

All the best!

I am so sorry --
I truly misunderstood -- I guess I don't understand ...
If you make in one year (annual) $200 that means you make $17 a month.
right?
just confused these days ...
Wish you the best really I do ...
Sincerely,
Celia

Not a typo.  Who the heck only makes an annual income of $200.00, Home Loan Diva???  My dispute with Citibank situation really caused me problems.
