Hello,
My husband Ken and I specialize in representing buyers and sellers in the Redwood Heights neighborhood. We've recently represented sellers on Reinhardt, Anderson, Norton, and Vialto Rialto. We would be happy to offer you a complimentary CMA of your property. Also, if you are interested in receiving our market update of sold homes in Redwood Heights, let us know and we'll put you on our mailing list.
Best,
Maryk

Hello LLG,
As stated already by a prior agent, you will not have a problem finding an agent to do a CMA for you. As agents, we all have access to the same database of information to help you prepare a CMA to price your home to sell accordingly. Some other things to consider in this market that is dominated by short sales and REOs, with about 3 REOs replacing every home being sold right now. What will your potential listing agent be able to do to get your house sold at the highest net and in the shortest amount of time possible versus all the competitive listings in the area? With majority of buyers now doing their own research before even looking for an agent, what will make your property stand out and get the most views as it possible by potential buyers? Will this agent be aggressive in hunting for buyers, have his own inventory of buyers, negotiate on your behalf or will your property be listed and handled passively. Will your property be featured front page on all the major real estate search websites, virtual tours, open house? These are some of the things that you should consider other than just getting a professional CMA done. Feel free to take a look at my website, I specialize in the Oakland area. Perhaps I might be the agent you are looking for.

Hello LLG:
You will have no problem finding a real estate agent willing to do the CMA for you. All CMA's should be ( almost) the same. There might be slight differences in the software used. What is important, far more than the CMA, is what the real estate agent will recommend you do in your specific situation, with your specific property, and your specific time line. A strategic review is required to serve the (specific) customer. Pricing (list price, obtained from CMA) is only one aspect of that strategy. If you want to talk about this in detail, make an appointement, and I will give you access to my "process". It is a no obligation meeting.
Kind regards
Antoine (aepirson@yahoo.com)

Dear L.L.G.,
I'm your guy: Although I was born & raised in Berkeley, I've lived on Jordan Rd., Redwood Heights neighborhood, since 1981. Both our daughters attended Redwood Heights Elementary (& one of them has since returned to her Alma Mater as a 1st grade teacher!!!); I've shown multiple homes in our neighborhood and also owned a duplex for many years on nearby Lincoln Ave.; I've been an investor in real estate for about 11 years (amassing a portfolio of 14 properties).
As for my credentials & reviews as a licensed agent (Better Homes/Mason-McDuffie, DRE#01882272), I encourage you to check my Zillow profile and to visit my website, www.weissman-realestate.com.
I would be happy to help you research any property in the Redwood Heights (or nearby) neighborhood. It's a GREAT place to live!
