Hey Ron, why don't we just pay a commission to people in trouble or forclosure to modify their own loans providing them another income. Is this a new career opportunity for salespeople, what are the qualifications needed besides an economic crash?

I've used my experience to help people in such unfortunate positions for free locally (I need to meet face to face). They are in such financial shambles as it is....why profit from their misfortune? You know, I felt pretty damn good about myself when I recently helped an elderly lady (widowed a year ago) who was about to lose her home. I don't need to charge for that.
