I currently rent it for $650/mo + Electric & Gas- Need to know if it's worth it to buy-
Condo fee about $200/mo- taxes about 50/mo-basement studio- only studio in condo complex

Yes, it is worth buying once you have good scores in your credit history. You should end up paying less than you currently pay for rent. Plus you can take advantage of the first-home-buyer's tax credit if you close by November 30th 2009. As a home owner you will also take advantage of all tax deductions that you'll be able to use. This is a great time to buy as prices are low and interest rates are historically low too. I can provide you with a full CMA for this property if you want.

What is the physical address in Jersey City, with a PA, pretty much can give you a ball park figure. Comps are difficult to use considering the deflunction of housing prices. Send the PA, and see what I can do.

Not at all, a mortgage is a commodity. The internet lenders offer the lowest rates and fees.
