Need help preparing Security Deed and Promissory note for closing documents. 

Last minute I switched the lender because my loan approval is pending.  Seller is not extend the sales contract, so I decided to choose private lender which is my friend is going to finance.  Later I will refinance.

Seller has closing attorney, but they need private lender closing documents.

I would appreciate if you can help me.
