I have just purchased a home in a Montana, a non-disclosure state. How do I remove the listing history?

Zillow does not remove listing history any more than the MLS removes listing history. Your home was listed and expired in 2008 for $800K in the MLS, they are not going to remove it. Nor should they.
The question if whether old listing history affects current value is a non-issue. Current value has nothing to do with your old 25 day listing years old, it has to do with your current home and market conditions now.
Old listing history gives more information to potential buyers about your home, information YOU would want as a buyer if you were buying a home.
LETS say a home was listed for $100K for one year recently and never sold. Now its listed for $400K and the same agent says 'I have multiple offers on the property, you better buy soon, its a deal at $400K' . Wouldnt you want that info ? If the owner had the old info ERASED, then you bought the property and THEN you found out about it from the neighbors, would you be upset ? Listing history is a part of the puzzle. You should have nothing to hide. ALSO once its listed in Zillow, its the copied to many other sites, so even if ZILLOW erased it, the listing history could and would be found somehwere on the internet.
As appraisers we are MANDATED to put down MLS listing history for THREE YEARS - not Zillow listing history - on every appraisal we do.
Good luck with your current listing. It looks nice and Im sure you will sell your home, regardless of ANY old listing history.

I am also supprised when I found this recently. However, there was no warning or showing of the zillow listing price history when I did it in 2008. Otherwise, I wouldn't do it.
So, Zillow, please help me... You do want more people/home owners like me to use zillow more frequently instead of avoiding using zillow to prevent hurting for future sales.
By the way, my home address is : 405 winthrop rd, san marino, CA, 91108

Zillow prefers not to delete the listing price history. I've only seen them delete it if it was "make me move".

Need help to delete the zillow listing price history of my house
