Hi All,
I want to fetch the Homes 4 sale list and its agent details,home sold or not status etc details by passing address,city,zipcode and zws-id as parameters using zillow webservices API.
Is this possible?
Please provide me any info regarding this.

Zillow does not have an API that will return all the given properties for sale in a given region. I would take a look at getupdatedpropertydetails.

What is your scenario - are you trying to build a complete search interface?

I thought GetRegionPostings API does it?
Here is what I got http://www.elixiraddons.com/zillow/list.php

This shows For Sale By Owner, Agent and Make Me Move properties.

Is this not what Swetal was looking for?

Yes, it returns a small subset of all the listings on Zillow. I always try to get details on what the scenario is they are trying to solve for -- for someone looking to build a search interface to show ALL listings in a given region, the Postings API is not the solution.
