Need help with refinance

I am looking to refinance my loan under HASP Freddie Mac's new Open Access refinance. My loan was with TB&W but now its with cenlar. Cenlar says that they don't originate loans but Freddie Mac's website keep saying talk to your lender. Recently I found Relief Refinance on their website. http://www.freddiemac.com/singlefamily/news/newsletter/2009/07/relief.html. I was wondering are there any lenders out there participating in this relief refinance - open access.

Yaarrabba, sorry it took me so long to respond to your last comment. Freddie Open Access program will only allow for loans without MI. I am looking into how the TBW loans are being handled here as lonas with MI must be taken back through their current servicer and unfortunately in your case Cenlar is not originating.

Care to post your loan scenario as perhaps there may be other options?

1. Current loan amount
2. Estimated property value
3. Current loan program and rate

Yaarrabba, I have an investor that is offering Open Access for Freddie loans. Have you confirmed through Freddie's site that your loan is indeed a Freddie loan?
