Need to search your site for info/articles/etc. on impact of sponsor holdings in well-established condo in prime NYC neigborhood. Unable to find reputable/known lenders for my refinance (from ARM to 30yr fixed, w/small cash out), low LTV. This was not an issue at all 5 years ago when I bought. Now apparently known banks are using 10% sponsor ownership as cut-off point for financing in buildings like mine.
