'Foreclosed' means the bank already took over the property and is usually back on the market shortly after the auction. (and usually for less than auction price). Have your realtor send you listings with popular 'bank reo' keywords.

Bar none, your freshest flowers ar the ones you pick yourself. the Same goes for foreclosure listings. Try your County court house for the most current lis pending's (Law suit pending's), everthing else is old news.

Wally,
I have access to the most current information on foreclosure homes. As I'm sure you've noticed, most web sites that offer this information 1) want you to pay a fee and/or 2) are not up to date nor accurate.
If you email me the specifications for your search, I'd be happy to email you everything I find that comes close. Provide me with minimum number of bedrooms and baths, and square footage. Any other items you might desire would also be helpful such as attached or detached garage, pool, etc.

My experience has been that you have to pay fo various listings on websites. Foreclosure.com, forclosureS.com, HUDforeclosed.com, etc to name a few. Just make sure that your sites that you decide to sign up with are updating their information. Unfortunately, I've run into some outdated info on websites (after having pd the monthly fee).
Good luck!
Need specific data on foreclosed homes
