Need to Cancel Profile

I have 2 profiles and need to cancel one.  The one I need to cancel is "Kelly the Loan Lady" with Sunset Mortgage in Clackamas Oregon.  I have not been a loan officer for a couple of years.  I no longer know how to access the profile to remove it.  Please respond to LetUsGuideYouHome@comcast.net with instructions to remove this account.  Please DO NOT remove my Cornerstone Group NW Real Estate account.
