I am also in the same category. I am approved lender however ater editing my profile I get the following message.
Your application is being processed.
We are confirming you as a lender, which will take a few days to complete. In the meantime, you can search for active loan requests, but you will not be able to create a quote, save loan request searches, or edit your profile.
We will notify you by e-mail when the application process is finalized.

You should be able to update some of the fields on your profile without having to get reconfirmed (including your photo). The fields that force you to get reconfirmed should be called out in red. If this is not the case, please let us know.
Now, I am unable to get into my profile. I've been placed in an area where I need to be approved to be a lender again! I already had some quotes out there and would like to do some more. I really don't know how long I have to wait when I approved lender. Hope you can fix this problem. Thank you.

I got the email that says I've been approved as well as one from Mary asking me why I haven't submitted any quotes yet. Every time I go to submit a quote it just takes me back to the sign up page. Where on your website do I actually go to view requests and submit quotes?

I am in the same situation. I edited my mailing address after I had already been approved, now I am stuck in the re-processiing mode. Can you please update my approval status asap, as I too have a couple quotes out there. Thanks.

I am listed as an agent even though I am not, and have never been an agent. I think when I first created my Zillow Profile (some time in 2006) agent was the defualt and there was no option to be a lender. Now I can not sign up for Mortgage Marketplace. Is it possible to change my role to lender as that's what I am and I've never been an agent?

Hi Greg -
I've just removed your "Agent" status. However, if you want to be a "Lender" on ZMM, you would need to sign up as one first. Just log in to your Zillow account and scroll down to the bottom of the page to access the "Lender Sign-up" form.

I went into my profile to edit a piece of information, and when I saved it, somehow I've been placed in an area where I need to be approved to be a lender again! I already had some quotes out there and would like to do some more. But I really don't want to wait three days to do so.
Hope I can get this fixed up!
