Michael is right that ultimately it is the listhub feed that distributes your listing and it may come back via the feed again.
I just wanted to point out that you don't need to flag (and wait) a listing on Zillow to remove it. If this is your listing you can cancel it if you are the listing agent (see edit menu option on the listing page) and it will happen immediately.

You can manually flag the listing for removal. However, since your listing has been provided by the listhub.com feed, you would need to remove it from listhub in order for the listing to not reappear on Zillow.
If your broker is using listhub to reach the internet (and all the other real estate sites) obviously this won't work. All you could do is continue to flag the listing as it reappears on Zillow.
