Neighborhood Based Website

Built a hyper focussed website in Wilmington, NC to help folks from out of the area pick a neighborhood that best fits them.  Many of our customers are from the northeast and California.  It is difficult for them to get their arms around how different one neighborhood is from another-Intracoastal Waterway, Ocean access, gated, community pool, Cape Fear River Access, Community boat docks, etc.  The site has been up for 6 months.  Am currently designed a major release and was looking for an advice on what buyers would like to have added.

Thanks in advance,

Mike Malina

They would probably want the information for the different schools.

Lisa--thanks for the school advice, it is now in the links section.  Decided to add some very detailed search capability including, map via road or bird's eye view, feed from craigs list and for sale by owner so people know they are getting to see all the homes available.  Also, am taking out most of the marketing stuff and replacing with the ability to parse neighborhoods by metrics like schools, price, size, amenities, hoa costs, and location.  Really want clients to learn about neighborhoods first, so they do not find that dream home and then decide later that the neighborhood does not fit their personality.
