Neighborhood data for border cities

I live in Oak Park, a suburb that borders Chicago. While Oak Park is relatively educated and well-off, the Chicago neighborhood to the east of us (Austin) is just the opposite. It is literally a dramatic difference depending on which side of Austin Blvd one is on. It seems like the data you created for Oak Park is innacurate given the severe nature of the differences in housing values, demographics, etc. between the two communities. Is there a way to correct this in your system?
