I'm really bummed that MY house sold : ) I'd be willing to settle for something very similar though. I need at least four bedrooms (preferably more) and LOTS of yard space. My email address is Kodachrome_junkie@yahoo.com I'm currently living in Japan, but I plan to be in the states to sell a house in Denver this summer. I'd like to look at some houses at that time, but please keep me posted on houses coming on the market now also.

This is not really in the middle of nowhere. Maricopa is a 15 min drive south of Phoenix / Ahwatukee. There is a brand new grocery store less than a mile away with gas / fast food / golf. The schools are no more than 2 miles away.
This home has just been sold and closed 2 days ago. I have a similar home for sale a few houses down. it is 3111 Sq ft and on a smaller lot for $300,000. We have not put this home on the market yet. It should go on the market sometime this week. It's a great deal!
