Just wondering what information is known about the new mall proposed. It will be at avenue 17 and 99. 800,000 square feet. Will they break ground soon? Thie will be great for Madera!

I think you have the location wrong... the casino is proposed to go on 17, this mall is going to be further north- though I can't remember where.

What i have read is the mall will be on the opposite side of 99 from the proposed casino site. i'm pretty sure that is what the madera tribune posted and when I checked the leasing company that already is trying to lease the space.
