New algorithm has a major system error when it comes to Jefferson County, KY -Will this be fixed?

Zestimates have dropped by huge amounts & percentages that are wildly inaccurate given recent sales and Zillow's own accuracy model which is designed to track Zestimates against actual sale prices. (one example among many-- a home that was sold in the Cherokee Seneca Area a year ago for $1,300,000 has had it's Zestimate drop to just over $300,000).  Strangely, the "Data Coverage and Zillow Accuracy Table entry for Jefferson County, KY has no "stars" in the accuracy rating column and erroneously lists the number of Jefferson County houses on Zillow as a negative number. Will this be fixed?

Hope so, but I see no concrete evidence of fixing. Other than this example, use Zestimates as ranges, try not to become unhinged, and get a short form appraisal done before putting a sign in your yard. Contact a great local realtor to guide you through.
