New tax assessment

A homeowner had asked the county to raise his assessed value to reflect the land and house value so that he compared to other homes in the neighborhood.  The assessment went up but will not be public record until next year, although we have the documentation.  He is trying to sell his home and we are seeing if this can be corrected on his Zestimate.  Any suggestions?  We have added the value per the owner but were hoping to change his shown assessment as this is hindering his sale of the home.  V.Moss Coldwell Banker Elite
